Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marital mansion on the market for $60 million

Jennifer Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, are reportedly placing their $60 million Beverly Hills marital home on the market as divorce rumors swirl.

According to multiple sources who spoke to TMZ on Saturday, the celebrity couple has enlisted realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency to manage the sale of their luxurious property, which they purchased together in May of last year.

According to the sources, Arana has been showing the house for about two weeks, but no buyers have emerged yet.

The Gigli co-stars are asking for approximately $65 million for the mansion, according to TMZ.
However, the couple is expected to incur a substantial financial loss due to the broker’s commission, a new tax on ultra-high-value properties, and significant expenditures on property improvements.

The Daily Mail has also reported that photos of the home’s interior were published on their website on June 1 and 5. However, records still show the mansion as having been sold last year.

Lopez, 54, and Affleck, 51, bought the 43,000-square-foot house outright for $60.85 million in cash in May 2023, just 10 months after their Las Vegas wedding.

The newly constructed home boasts 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, and parking for 80 vehicles. It also features an indoor sports complex, a sports bar, ample outdoor lounging areas, a zero-edge pool, and extensive grounds.

The listing of their home comes amidst escalating rumors that the couple is headed for divorce.
