Kelly Dodd is fighting back against Heather Dubrow after seeing that the Real Housewives of Orange County star slammed her as “irrelevant” during a podcast appearance last week.

In an Instagram post shared on Saturday, Kelly accused Heather of being a “bad parent” for “[outing]” her 12-year-old by discussing RHOC-star-celebrates-him-plus-andy-cohen-and-alexis-bellino-react/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>their transition publicly in March and claimed she’s capitalized on her children’s sexualities.

While appearing on the June 28 episode of the Out & About podcast, Heather was asked about Kelly’s past RHOC-alum-kelly-dodd-gets-legal-letter-from-heather-dubrow-and-terry-dubrow-apologizes-for-comments-about-their-son/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>comments about her kids.

“People who are irrelevant are irrelevant so I wouldn’t waste five seconds of worrying about someone that makes no difference in the world. I would also say that people that make a living by being hate mongers, that’s their own evil karma that will come back and I have no time for that,” Heather stated.

“What I will say is that with my family and my kids, yes, I’m fiercely protective. And yeah. Don’t come after my children,” she added.

In addition to Kelly addressing Heather’s daughter Coco’s transition into a boy named Ace, she also once claimed her husband, Rick Leventhal, RHOC-star-kelly-dodd-reveals-she-is-sick-after-weekend-wedding-says-other-family-members-are-also-sick-as-shannon-helps-her-cope-after-covid-battling-19-earlier-this-year/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>caught COVID-19 from their son Nick Dubrow. But, according to her July 1 Instagram post, Kelly doesn’t feel that she’s said anything negative about any of Heather and Terry Dubrow‘s children.

“If I’m irrelevant why is Heather talking about me??” Kelly asked, along with a Reality Blurb article about Heather’s statements against her. “And for the record, I haven’t said anything bad about her kids, just about her [and] what a bad parent she is, outing her youngest at 12 years old, then claiming she’s creating a safe space?”

Kelly went on to slam Heather as “ridiculous,” and added, “She’s trying to capitalize on their sexuality [and] it’s disgusting.”

She even included a couple of telling hashtags, including “opportunist” and a “narcissist,” and told Heather to “let kids be kids.”

Kelly and Heather starred alongside one another on the 11th season of RHOC before Heather quit the show to focus her attention elsewhere. Then, ahead of season 16, it was confirmed that Kelly would no longer be on the show as RHOC-along-with-braunwyn-burke-and-elizabeth-vargas-as-heather-dubrow-returns-and-two-new-cast-members-are-added/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>Heather returned for the new episodes.
