Social Media Reacts To Bia’s Diss Track Aimed At Cardi B

As Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s feud wraps up, a new beef has emerged between Bia and Cardi B.

The conflict between Bia and Cardi B initially began last year but was reignited after fans accused Cardi of copying Bia, a claim Bia agreed with. Shortly after, Cardi seemingly threw shots at Bia on the “Wanna Be” remix, released on Friday.

“Guess I’m a teacher since you wanna sub me (Ah)/She did what? Had no idea (Idea)/Thought she was on the shelf, Ikea (Ikea),” Cardi raps. “Better talk like that when I see her (Woo)/Btch, please, don’t nobody wanna be ya (Ah)/Cheap lookin’ as he, weak lookin’ as he/Great Value me lookin’-as he/Girl, these btches be pssy/Delete every tweet lookin-as h*e.”

A few hours after the release, Bia took to social media to respond to the diss, saying, “BS IS WACK. BS IS TRASH. I SHOULD HANG B**S RIGHT OVER MY KNEE, THE WAY I BE PUTTIN MY BELT TO THEY A****S,” she posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Things escalated when Cardi went live on Instagram to address her issues with Bia. During the video, Cardi revealed that she had a phone conversation with Bia to attempt to resolve their differences. However, the conversation didn’t end well, but Cardi maintained that she is not mimicking Bia.

“I’m so appalled at the fact that she thinks I’m copying her or stealing from her, ’cause there’s nothing that she does that I like. I don’t like her music, I don’t like her style…I don’t even see the b*tch,” Cardi said.

Additionally, Cardi issued a warning to Bia that she will pursue legal action if Bia continues to spread lies about her marriage to Offset.

“Btch, you lyin’ on my fckin’ pssy?” she added. “When you lie about my pssy, I’mma sue you and you got to come with receipts. And not social media receipts, you gotta come with court receipts. One thing you are not gonna do, you are not gonna lie on my pssy and you are not gonna lie about me steppin’ out on my sht.”

To complement her initial statement, Bia hopped on Instagram Live to preview her diss track aimed at Cardi. In the song, Bia targeted Cardi’s children, Wave and Kulture, and claimed that Cardi cheated on Offset. In the chorus, Bia raps, “Got a dark soul, got a bright future/Imma let her know I’m a sharp shooter/You ain’t nothin’ but a f*ck girl, I see right through ya.”

She added, “Say you love yourself but you won’t put that on your kids/All that surgery and how your body is so mid. I thought your as was for the culture/You just tryna ride the wave/You should be home with your kids ’cause btch you speak like you in second grade.”

It’s unclear if these women will be able to settle their beef, but the situation has sparked conversations across social media, with fans dissecting the phone calls, diss tracks, and images. See what they are saying below:
